Mother Russia
This is Toni Darling in one of her magnificent cosplay of the villainness "Mother Russia" (from the movie Kickass 2) - white hair, tough looking, impervious to physical pain, hard-body, strict look, a patch on the eye ; she certainly could be a reminiscence of Octobriana, maybe a cousin that turned bad...So far, Octobriana hasn't been lucky enough to be made into a cosplay - or I might be wrong, who knows?
Why all Russian women are so cliché? either the dumb blond bimbo, or the powerful dominatrix, another thing to ponder at 3am ...
