Steampunk Octobriana

Finally

Some  creative cosplay of Octobriana - to be exact a Steampunk Octobriana... she has the red star on her forehead, she is dressed like she was received at the Tsar palace (just like in Trina Robbins comics below) many belts, of course the typical steampunk glasses on top of her head and ... some sort of a lasso on her left, ... wait ... oh, well

It seems that this is just a Steampunk Wonder Woman cosplay
